Cocktail of the Evening
Dubbonet and Gin – The Queen’s Cocktail
Queen Elizabeth’s Preferred Cocktail (or as we called it, the (Queentini”) served as our libation for the evening.
Instructions: To a shaker add ice, two parts Dubbonet and one part London Dry Gin (Beefeater, Bombay, Tanqueray or your preferred Gin!). Shake vigorously. Add 3 drops of orange bitters and garnish with an orange peel. Strain and serve in a chilled coup glass.
