Cocktail of the Evening
The DeweyCheatumnHowe
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sweet potato puree (or canned sweet potatoes work great) per cocktail
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz Irish whiskey (we used Tullamore Dew)
- Club soda
Directions:
- Muddle sweet potato with lemon, simple syrup and whiskey. Double strain (preferably with a fine mesh strainer) and serve in a high ball glass with ice. Top with club soda.
